[Obm] OBM displayed calendars disappear after logout

Hi everyone,

I just did a fresh installation of OBM 2.4.0.1 on a multi-host system all
running ubuntu 12.04. I'm using postgresql-9.1, OpenLDAP 2.4, postfix 2.9
and cyrus imap 2.3.

Users can share their calendar with other users and these other users can
add accessible calendars to their displayed calendars list, however, as
soon as a user reconnects, only their calendar is visible.

There are no error messages in the logs.
