[Obm] OBM 2.1.2 has been released !

Hi all,

the mandatory january 4th release (aka Clement release) is available.

This is a minor functionality and bug fixes release, with focus on Postgres
compliance and continuous calendar polishment on the usage side.

    * Fix in bad SQL in security checking for frozen codes
    * Fix on #contact and #company when converting lists from normal to expert
    * Postgres compliance improvements (new contact, login, company,..)

    * Tooltips added to actions menus
