[Obm] Mozilla news

     Bonjour tous,

comme il a été annoncé précédemment sur la liste, la core-team OBM 
travaille actuellement pour améliorer le support de OBM dans Mozilla 
Thunderbird. Des actions sont menées sur plusieurs fronts.
     En premier lieu, afin de nous aider dans cette tache, la core-team 
acceuille désormais Philipp Kewisch, lead developper de l'extension 
lightning. Philipp va travailler avec nous afin de rajouter dans son 
extension des entrées nécessaires à Lightning pour un fonctionnement 
optimal avec OBM. Le but a long terme est de pouvoir utiliser OBM sur 
Thunderbird sans avoir de lightning "patché OBM".
     Pour cela, nous reversons aussi dans le code de lightning les 
améliorations ajoutées par la core team OBM. Nous avons déjà 5 
contributions en attente d'acceptation de la fondation Mozilla:

     Le support de Thunderbird 10 est aussi un sujet important en ce 
moment dans les locaux de Linagora. Nous avons des extensions lightnings 
(encore patchés) et obm-connector qui fonctionnent avec Thunderbird 10 
ESR, et nous appliquons les derniers correctifs avant d'offrir, sur 
cette mailing list, les accès aux versions BETA de ces extensions.

Bientot d'autres nouvelles de la partie Thunderbird de OBM...

Hello all,

As stated before on this mailing-list, the OBM core team is actively 
working on the thunderbird side of OBM. We are working on several aspects:
     First of all, in order to help us in this endeavour, the core team 
is pleased to announce that we now count among us Philipp Kewisch, the 
lead developer of the Lightning extension. Philipp is working with us to 
include into the extension all the bits needed to make OBM work. The 
ultimate goal is for the users to be able to use the obm-connector 
extension without an OBM-patched Lightning.
     For this to happen, we also bring into the Lightning code some of 
the improvments added by the OBM team. We already have 5 contributions 
waiting for love :

     The support for Thunderbird 10 is a hot topic at Linagora's 
headquarters! We already have a functional version of Lightning (still 
patched) and an obm-connector running on Thunderbird 10 ESR, and we will 
improve them a little bit more before posting on this mailing list an 
access to BETA versions of those components.
