[Obm] OBM 2.4 not released yet

All,

Just a quick word to inform you that we're still working on 2.4 which 
hasn't been released yet...

There are many reasons for this delay, the most important beeing the 
management of team priorities to complete complex projects as soon as 
possible (and as such, not enough time to polish OBM 2.4)

You can expect the release to be delayed until the first week of April
