[Obm] OBM 2.3.1 is out !

OBM 2.3.1, the first bug fix release for the 2.3 branch is out.
Some solr fixes, and solr is now used for contact search too. Some fixes in automate too.
The 2.3 branch is a new OBM major version with many new features. Mains are :
- New redesigned calendar
- Contacts addresbook handling (sharing and access rights at the adresbook level)
- new MiniG webmail (a la gmail)
- ActiveSync opush server for iphone/windows mobile/android/symbian and others native handling
- Caldav server with Thunderbird native compatibility
- Free/Busy handling (opacity) in calendar
- calendar event search
- Color selection for calendars
- ICS handling improvements
- calendar event templates
and many other features
