Hi Tim,  we work on rpm package to improve obm. Now their is a "meta" 
script obm-admin which include all other script to configure OBM on 
centos-redhat. we work on this script to make a script 'redhat 
compliant" with curses ui and python-newt.

So to configure obm after rpm installation you can execute obm-admin.
