Hi,
The requirements for a full obm install (sync server, mail, web
interface) for a small company (10-20 users) are mostly driven by the
sync server. 
So you might need 1Go of Ram, a 2Ghz cpu and arround 40 Go of free drive
space (mostly for mail storage).
