[Obm] OBM 2.2.16 is out !

OBM 2.2.16 has been released.
Many small fixes were made in the Calendar, contact, deal, user, group and other modules.
Some sync issues have been fixed and a new Thunderbird/Lightning connector is available, with an auto-update feature based on the Thunderbird standard add-on
