[Obm] New Thunderbird OBM Connector

Hello all,

A new major version of the thunderbird connector for OBM is available.

It replace the old connector with a lot of code change to be :
- full asynchronous (no more freeze during synchronization),
- a more mozilla complient extension (structured in components, use
standard components, etc)

It work's with Thunderbird 2.0.0.x with lightning 0.8
