[Obm] New OBM community site !

Bonjour,

Félicitations et encouragements à continuer dans cette voie prometteuse 
pour le développement de la communauté des utilisateurs d'OBM.

Ayant, grace à svn, récupéré les sources LateX de la documentation et 
ayant généré le pdf correspondant, j'ai recherché rapidement quelle 
licence couvrait ce document sans trouver cette information.

Cette documentation ne devrait-elle pas être accessible au format pdf 
via la rubrique DOCS du wiki  (en complément de l'accès des sources via 
le svn ) ?
