Bonjour,
En effet comme signalé, vous avez un problème de configuration de la 
base de données, étes-vous sure d'avoir bien suivis toutes les étapes de 
l'installation et notemment celle de la création de l'utilisateur de 
base de données obm ( 
http://obm.aliasource.fr/doc/install/install-2.0.html ch. 4.3.1).
Il semblerait que vous ayez également un problème d'include_path (ch. 2 
de l'installation)
