[Obm] install d'obm

[newobm at voila.fr]

Tu as un probleme avec la connexion a ta base MySQL
Pour les proprietaires des fichiers tu peux laisser root pour l'execution du script
Mais apres il faut mettre pour le repertoire obm le proprietaire apache:apache
