[Obm] OBM 2.0.0rc2 is out !

Hi all !

OBM 2.0.0rc2 is out.
This second release candidate fixes some glitches presents in the rc1.

The install scripts are corrected and Postgres scripts are now ok, the 
install documentation has been enhanced.
LDAP, Cyrus, Postfix handling fixed.
