[Obm] OBM 2.1.0 is out !

Hi all,

the long awaited 2.1.0 OBM has finally been released !

2.1.0 brings many new functionalities, incremental enhancements, fixes and pave
the way to higher scalability and finer grained functionalities (eg group ACL)
keeping the OBM performance touch.
