[Obm] Administration module

Hello

I just finish install of obm 2.0.3
I create a new domain and an admin user for this domain --> OK
I'm logout and connect with my new admin user in th new domain --> OK

I create an event in the calendar module OK

after i want to create a new project but obm ask me a categorie but i 
don't know how to creeate categories.
and the admin page in project module is blank.

What is the procedure?
