[Obm] Announce : OBM 1.2.4 is out !

many minor fixes

branch 1.2 has now been created.
main developpement on HEAD to prepare 2.0.
OBM will soon go from cvs to subversion.
Many big changes on the way to 2.0 :
- OBM and Aliamin integration in subversion : Aliamin becomes OBM-Mail and 
OBM-Ldap
- multi-domain handling
- ACL
- easier configuration (specific to one site)
- ...

<li> Contact : search from a redundant company name now preserve company
<li> Contact : search by datasource and datasource preserved on contact update
<li> Import : country_code now default to 0 if empty
<li> Deal : deal relations (with others companies) now displayed in results
<li> Contact : fixed a case where comment in reverse order would not appear
<li> Agenda : fixed handling username in decision for delegated users
