[Obm] First Use

   I load the application by the URL http://localhost/obm/php/obm.php. I
changed $cgp_host to http://localhost/obm/php/ in both
obminclude/obm_conf.inc and obminclude/obm_global.inc. The only obm.conf I
find is in the debian directory.

   Something is not properly configured because the display is still
incorrect.
