[Obm] installation of obm under debian (sarge)

Hello,

you should subscribe to the mailing list else you will not get any answer 
you could have.

To get a full french install, set the lang to "fr" in 
scripts/1.2/install_obmdb_1.2.mysql.sh, and to have french as default 
language, else :
- set
$set_lang=fr in script/1.2/obmdb_default_values_1.2.sql, before running the 
install
or
- in the application, go to the "Administration" tab, menu "Preferences" and 
for the action "user_pref_update_one" select set_lang and enter fr. Then 
validate by clicking on execute action.


For your install, the include_path is not set correctly in the php.ini for 
the php cli (/etc/php4/cli/php.ini) or /etc/php5... depending on your version,
so the install scripts give some warning (Warning: 
main(obminclude/global.inc): failed to open stream...) and then fails
