[Obm] Announce : OBM 1.0.2 is out !

Mainly minor fixes (with some annoying ones) and enhancements.

<li> Home page : direct view for current active deals for the owner
<li> Home page : corrected the days remaining for user added this year
<li> Incident : Add icon to send the report directly by mail
<li> List : contact list export corrected
<li> Deal : mail sent on deal updates now sent to the owner too
<li> Framework : fixes on mail encoding (affecting incident and deal)

Work on 1.1 has begun with current focus on CRM functionalities
