[Obm] Announce : OBM 0.8.5 is out

Some architectural and performance updates (on the road to 0.9), Many Postgres 
updates (now near on par with mysql support), many fixes and minor enhancements, 
some new functionalities (deal quick updates, contact vcard,...)

<li> Export CSV : dates now correctly formated according to user preferences
<li> List : Performance improvement static and dynamic (counting rows, limit)
<li> Todo : session storage rewrite and enhanced, removed from UserObmPrefs
<li> Debug Id flag now Postgres compliant (Id displayed using Postgres too)
<li> Privacy : Global redesign. Now tested for all actions, not code intrusive
<li> All : search queries optimization and harmonization (left join use,...)
<li> Document : minor fixes and enhancements, Last visit entry, privacy
<li> Document : now PostgreSQL compliant
<li> Invoice : now PostgreSQL compliant
<li> Agenda : replaced specfic group functions by call to global ones
<li> Contract : corrected sort by managers
