Hello,

1) The OBM 3.2 version is out, its installation documentation is there
http://obm.org/content/install-obm-32-centos-7. The OBM 3.1 on Centos 6
documentation is this one http://obm.org/wiki/install-obm-3-centos-6

2) To upgrade to the latest OBM, just edit
your//etc/yum.repos.d/obm.rep/o to:

[obm-contrib]
name=obm-contrib
baseurl=http://rpm.obm.org/32/contrib/$releasever
enabled=1
gpgcheck=0

[obm-stable2]
name=obm-stable2
baseurl=http://rpm.obm.org/32/stable/latest/$releasever
enabled=1
gpgcheck=0

then run /yum update/

Note: The opush installation/upgrade guide is available there
http://docs.obm.org/opush/
