[Obm] Thunderbird plugins and location for calendar + address book

Thank you for the help.I couldn't find this section on the website.

I just want to say - OBM is superb. Got it working and it is a pleasure 
to use, and also miles better
than Kolab/Sogo/Citadel etc.
