[Obm] OBM 3 / OPush 3 and Outlook 2013 ActiveSync

Is it possible to connect an Outlook 2013 to OBM 3 via Opush 3 using 
ActiveSync protocole?

I have made some test, but i receive an unknown error 0X8007007a
