[Obm] Access OBM from local network AND from internet

Hi,

In my local network, I can access OBM with address 192.168.1.11. I
need to be able to access it from internet. I have configured a dyndns
account for my dynamic IP and now, I can access OBM with address
http://myOBM.dyndns.org. But the included elements (css, images...)
are not displayed because the URL are absolute and target the local
IP. For example
https://192.168.1.11//images/themes/default/styles/style.css

How to configure that ?
