Try to go back to the global domain, and take a look at youre domain details.
In the indexing server part you must have two line :
hostname  	IP	contact
hostname 	IP	event

If you only have the event line juste update youre domain and validate without
doing anything, this might solve the indexing server connection error.

If you don't have an indexing server part in the domain details, you must go to
the host update screen, and add the 'solr' service to it. Then go to the domain
update screen and add the host as a domain indexing server.

In both case, you must wait some time (depending on the amount of contacts in
youre database) for the solr to be uptodate (another solution is to go in
/usr/share/obm/www/contrib and execute obm_index_init.py).

Did you try to access to the 127.0.0.1 url from the server or from another
computer (via a web-browser) ?
