[Obm] OBM 2.2.12 is out !

Hi all,

OBM 2.2.12 has been released.

Many fixes were made in the obm-sync server (avoiding contact duplication, 
some parsing errors, etc.), in the calendar attendees handling, and displays. 
Mail forwarding addresses are better checked to avoid mail loops.
