[Obm] OBM 2.2.14 is out !

MiniG 2.2.14.1045 & obm-solr 2.2.14-x were also uploaded to our stable debian repository.

Given the input we had on the mailing list, you might still have a hard time to get it working. We think that using our debian packages, getting a working setup is not that hard.

This release need a postgresql database (created for you by the minig-storage package).

As its version suggests, this version needs an obm 2.2.14 stack to work correctly.
