Thanks for the quick reply.
In fact, I haven't missed it :-)
I just added another user, applied the changes and still no change to
postfix config files.
Another thing I just noticed is that cyrus is not being used now, this
is a snip from main.cf:

# Acces aux BAL des utilisateurs
# A VOIR : Les BAL de $mydestination ?...
#mailbox_transport_maps = hash:/etc/postfix/mailbox_transport
#mailbox_transport = lmtp:unix:/var/run/cyrus/socket/lmtp
My guess is that something went wrong during apt-get install but I did
not have any error/warnings etc.

You missed clicking on the yellow icon in the top right corner. It
applies your changes to the system.
