[Obm] contacts not private

Hi,

When making a new contact I always have "private = yes " option.
In global.inc and obm_conf.inc => $ccontact_private_default = false;
But when I log in with an editor profile I still have private = yes and
cannot change this.

Workaround :

Set in obm_conf.inc :

$profiles['editor']['module']['contact'] =$perm_admin;

And I can change the contact from private to public.

Is this a bug ?
