[Obm] OBM 2.1.1 is out

Hello,

OBM 2.1.1 has been released.

This is a minor release with important functionality added, that had been
delayed after 2.1.0.

- The calendar views handling rework is now ending with a more consistent system
(a view type selector, and a view temporal selector)
- Calendar now offers view bookmarks
- ACL (calendar, malboxes rights) can be set on Group
- fixes for PostgreSQL compliance (thank you to the careful Postgres folks !)
- A simple but effective user import tool has been added in the user module
(handling group membership)
- mail vacation can now be programmed
- A global cron system has been set up to allow handling all OBM automation (new
vacation programming, event alerts,..)
- ...
