[Obm] Obm 2.0.3 and Windows

Hi,
I try since more than one week to install Obm 2.0.3 with Apache 2, PHP 5 and
Postgresql. When I try to create a new field, I have the following error:

*Database error:* Invalid SQL: INSERT INTO Domain ( domain_timeupdate,
domain_timecreate, domain_userupdate, domain_usercreate, domain_label,
domain_description, domain_name, domain_mail_server_id, domain_alias) VALUES
( null, '2007-08-20 15:30:43', null, '', 'Test1', 'Test1', 'Test1', '', '')
*PostgreSQL Error*: 1 (ERROR: invalid input syntax for integer: "")
 By looking at the source code, I could see that that came from the variable
$uid, which was always empty. Of the beginning I thought that that came from
my configuration php but I have just tested with EasyPHP and it is the same
thing.

Moerover, I've got this warning on login page.
