There is only mailling list for OBM at this time.

you could :
- either comment the document creation line (and forget the document storing
functionnality)
- try to modify the php command line paramater, trying to add "-d
include_path=here_your_include_path" (path where is the obminclude directory)
in the installation script
- maybe reconfigure your document_root ($cdocument_root)
but I don't think the login problem is related to the document root creation
