[Obm] First Use

   Please excuse my frustration, Pierre, but making this change does not
affect the display. Now I can use the URL <http://localhost/obm/> and see
the obm directory. Selecting php/obm.php still shows everything along the
left edge.

   It must be something simple that I have mis-configured or not configured,
but I don't see it at all.
