[Obm] new site for OBM services

In response to the increase usage and demand of OBM in production environment, 
we have built and packaged some services, built comprehensive informations (to 
help convince your management ;)) in a new web site : http://obmpro.aliacom.fr

ps: yes OBM is and remains GPL

ps2: we now have some sites with many thousands OBM users
