[Obm] inactive timeout

You can change it from the admin preferences screen.
in the global preferences block, the first item set the timeout in seconds.

You must check too that the session parameters set fro PHP (php.ini, Session 
section) are correct and not too aggressive.

You can find a complete documentation on obm session on the obm site (section 
Documentation). It is in french though.
