I think you're talking about the time management...

It's possible to set the number of hours worked in a day by changing the 
value of $c_day_fraction in the file obminclude/global.inc.
but if you do so it will change the number of hours worked for all days.

It's also possible by changing $working_days and $c_days_in_a_week in 
the file obminclude/global.inc. but once again if you change it it will 
be change for all weeks.
